Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Summers gained
broad experience in general civil litigation, insurance
law, and personal injury litigation as a member of one of
the Capital District's largest insurance defense firms. In
addition, his general practice background includes real
estate transactions, civil trial experience, and
commercial law.
Mr. Summers is admitted to practice in New York and the
United States District Court for the Northern District of
New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar
Association, Albany County Bar Association, Capital
District Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar
Association.

Mr. Arnold is a graduate of Albany Law School and
thereafter became a member of the New York Bar. His areas
of practice include insurance law, personal injury
litigation and real estate transactions. He also has
extensive practice in the area of health insurance law.
